Fawaz Gruosi Leaves Eponymous Jewellery Brand

Fawaz Gruosi, the well-known Lebanese fine jeweller, has suddenly left his own eponymous jewellery brand, as confirmed by Creative Luxury Holding (CLH). A spokesperson for the company released a statement stating that Gruosi has immediately stepped down from his position as Creative Consultant. Although the exact reason behind his departure was not disclosed, the statement mentioned that recent decisions made by Gruosi had made the partnership with CLH unworkable.

Over the last three years, Creative Luxury Holding has made significant investments in the Fawaz Gruosi Genève brand, assembling a team of skilled designers and craftsmen who have created an outstanding collection of jewellery and timepieces under the Fawaz Gruosi name. The brand quickly gained recognition in the luxury industry after its launch last year and even opened a flagship boutique in London’s prestigious West End.

Fawaz Gruosi is widely recognized as one of the most influential jewellers in the industry. Prior to establishing his own brand, he served as creative director at de Grisogono, a prominent luxury jewellery brand that he founded. His departure from de Grisogono marked a new chapter in his career, leading him to establish his eponymous brand.

While the specific details of Gruosi’s exit remain undisclosed, it is evident that there were disagreements between him and CLH regarding the brand’s long-term commercial strategy. These differences ultimately made the partnership unworkable and resulted in Gruosi’s immediate departure. With Gruosi no longer involved, the future direction of the Fawaz Gruosi brand is uncertain.

Despite this unexpected turn of events, Creative Luxury Holding is still dedicated to the Fawaz Gruosi brand and will continue their efforts to develop and promote the exquisite collection of jewellery and timepieces that bear his name. Only time will reveal how this departure will shape the future of the brand and its position in the luxury jewellery market.
