Fashion and Luxury Brands Unveil Mountain Resort Collections for Ski Season

As the ski season kicks off, numerous fashion and luxury brands have unveiled their mountain resort collections, presenting winter sports enthusiasts with chic and practical options. Collaborations between Balmain and Bomber, as well as Boss and Perfect Moment, have resulted in these exclusive capsule collections that provide essential apparel for hitting the slopes in style.

Balmain’s skiwear collection pays homage to founder Pierre Balmain’s Alpine childhood. Developed in partnership with Bomber, a premium ski manufacturer, the collection showcases a range of sophisticated and functional pieces for both men and women. The standout item is a pair of handcrafted skis from Cossato, Italy, featuring Balmain’s iconic monogram motif. These limited-edition skis cater to skiers of all levels and are priced at €2,950, available exclusively on the Bomber e-shop.

Boss, a German fashion label, has collaborated with Perfect Moment to create a new skiwear collection for the winter season of 2023-24. This collection encompasses women’s, men’s, and unisex items designed to withstand the frigid temperatures of snowy peaks. From quilted jackets to thermal tops, these garments are not only stylish but also functional. The collection made its debut at the Matterhorn-Cervino Speed Opening and is available at select retailers and the brands’ e-shops, with prices ranging from €119 to €1,800.

The renowned Parisian label, Iro, has introduced a capsule collection specifically for skiing, blending contemporary style with an urban vibe. This collection seamlessly transitions from the ski slopes to the city streets, featuring high-performance down jackets, sweatshirt-and-joggers sets, and fleece trousers. Iro also offers a range of accessories including skiing goggles, mittens, a bum bag, and leather booties. The collection can be found at Iro stores and the brand’s e-shop, with prices ranging from €135 to €895.

K-Way, famous for its vibrant windbreakers, has unveiled a skiwear collection crafted from quilted nylon and sustainable PrimaLoft padding.
