Farfetch and Outlier Ventures’ Dream Assembly Base Camp Welcomes First Batch of Digital Companies

Farfetch and Outlier Ventures’ incubation program, Dream Assembly Base Camp, has recently welcomed its first batch of eight digital companies. Launched in July, the program invited startups from around the world to present their innovative projects focused on digital fashion, token loyalty, immersive experiences, and creator economies. After careful consideration and review of over 200 candidates, Farfetch and Outlier Ventures have handpicked these emerging companies to benefit from their Web3-focused incubation program.

The primary objective of the program is to provide support and guidance to these digital companies through a network of 200 mentors from the gaming, retail, and marketing industries, along with access to investors and financial support. This 12-week support system aims to contribute to the growth and future of luxury commerce in the digital realm.

Martin Avetisyan, Chief Growth Officer at Farfetch, emphasized the immense potential within the Web3 industry and the need for continuous development and exploration.

Among the selected companies, Curie offers a unique solution for digitally replicating physical objects using AI and automated processes. This technology allows simple photos to be transformed into digital twins. Mintouge, on the other hand, focuses on digitizing brand product catalogs and providing various token-based experiences.

iiNDYVERSE aims to facilitate the integration of entities into the digital realm through gamified and purchasable Web3 experiences. METAV.RS, on the other hand, is a comprehensive platform for managing metaverse projects for brands and agencies.

Reblium, specializing in brand identity and online strategies, has developed a facial scanning tool that enables the digitization and personalization of faces according to brand and audience requirements. SKNUPS, comprised of experts from renowned companies such as LVMH, Kering, Dazed, ESL Gaming, Activision, and Ubisoft, aims to connect digital objects to games, applications, and services.

In the realm of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), Wear is an NFT platform specifically designed for the luxury industry and artists. This startup enables the creation of products and experiences that can be monetized in the market.

Lastly, altr focuses on the digital valuation of cultural heritage and brand archives, providing valuable support in preserving and leveraging cultural heritage.

These selected companies will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders and engage with the luxury industry, ultimately contributing to the advancement of brands in the future Web3 sector.
