Engaging Youth in Excellence Professions: Challenges, Strategies, and Innovations

In a recent interview with ULTIMZ Journal, Alexandre Boquel, Director of Excellence Professions at LVMH, discussed the challenges and strategies for engaging youth in excellence professions. To continue the momentum, a new You and Me tour is scheduled for February 2023 in Paris, Lyon, Orléans, Reims, and Clichy-sous-Bois, with the sponsorship of Tony Parker. By organizing such initiatives and launching dedicated recruitment websites for specific brands like Louis Vuitton, LVMH aims to streamline the recruitment process and improve communication about their professions. The goal is to offer clear and simplified access to job offers and provide support to candidates during the recruitment interviews.

Boquel emphasized the need for raising awareness among the general public, particularly the younger generation, about excellence professions. LVMH recognizes that talent pools alone are insufficient to meet their recruitment needs, prompting the organization to engage in physical presence across the country. Through these efforts, LVMH aims to explain the specificities of excellence professions, inspire vocations, and attract a more diverse range of talents.
