Dior Boutique on Avenue Montaigne: 30 Montaigne – La Galerie Dior

The newly restored Dior boutique on Avenue Montaigne is now home to the impressive 30 Montaigne – La Galerie Dior. Spanning 2,000 square meters, this space serves as a tribute to the history of the brand and its founder, as well as its artistic directors throughout the years. At the heart of this grand gallery lies a striking showcase – a 3D-printed diorama that is truly a sight to behold.

The XXL display, which surrounds a central staircase, showcases a whopping 452 dresses and 1,422 multicolored accessories, all of which have been miniaturized using 3D printing with bio-sourced materials. From bags and shoes to perfumes and small objects, every item on display is a testament to the iconic Dior style. More than thirty specialists dedicated over six months and approximately 100,000 hours of printing to bring this unique diorama to life.

Designed by the renowned Nathalie Crinière agency, the monumental installation serves as the centerpiece of an immersive journey into the world of Christian Dior and his successors. The exhibition features thirteen distinct themes, each bringing to life the artistic direction of notable figures such as Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferré, John Galliano, Raf Simons, and Maria Grazia Chiuri. Through a combination of projections, photographs, and archival dresses, visitors are transported into fantastical settings that highlight the brand’s rich heritage.

Alongside the exhibition, visitors can also explore the founder’s office and rooms dedicated to the world of beauty and perfumery. These spaces detail the history behind the iconic fragrances, including beloved scents like Miss Dior and J’Adore.

To complete the experience, the Dior Gallery boasts its own Café Dior on the first floor, reserved exclusively for visitors. Additionally, a boutique within the gallery offers a curated selection of books and stationery items that delve deeper into the brand’s culture.

The 30 Montaigne – La Galerie Dior is open daily (except on Tuesdays) from 11 am to 7 pm. Located at 11 Rue François Ier, Paris 8, entrance to the gallery requires a reservation. The full ticket price is 12 euros, with a reduced price of 8 euros.
