Diesel’s First Branded Residential Building in Miami

Diesel is making its foray into the real estate market with the announcement of its first branded residential building in collaboration with Bel Invest Group in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida. This strategic move not only diversifies Diesel’s portfolio but also places the brand in the same league as other prestigious fashion and luxury names like Versace, Stella McCartney, Bulgari, and Giorgio Armani, who have found success in the real estate sector with projects like Armani Casa towers.

The upcoming Diesel building in Wynwood, Miami, is set to house a total of 143 residential units, each designed by Diesel Living, along with approximately 24,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level. Embracing a loft-style concept, the building’s design will harmonize beautifully with the artistic ambiance of the Wynwood district, known for its captivating Wynwood walls that adorn the neighborhood’s landscape. Moreover, its prime location near the esteemed Miami Design District adds even more appeal to the project.

Collaborating with Zyschovich Architects, the design of the building will showcase Diesel Living products and designs, bringing an industrial punk aesthetic to life with the help of renowned Italian suppliers such as Seletti, Foscarini, and Iris. Renzo Rosso, the visionary founder of Diesel, emphasizes that Diesel Living encapsulates the contemporary lifestyle of today’s youth, emphasizing social interaction and entertainment in its spatial design.

Maximilian Beltrame, the driving force behind Bel Invest Group, envisions contributing to the evolution of Wynwood into a more urban and pedestrian-friendly destination, drawing upon the group’s expertise garnered in Europe. Anticipated to kick off in the first quarter of 2019, the pre-sales phase of the project will be announced accompanied by an official launch event on site. As of now, the exact completion date of the construction remains undisclosed.

Diesel’s venture into real estate exudes a sense of novelty and innovation that aligns perfectly with the brand’s reputation for pushing boundaries in both design and lifestyle realms. By teaming up with Bel Invest Group and selecting Wynwood as its location, Diesel reaffirms its dedication to crafting distinctive and dynamic spaces that mirror the ever-evolving trends of contemporary living.
