Cooee Raises £300,000 in Pre-Seed Funding to Enhance AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform

Cooee, an AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, has successfully raised £300,000 in pre-seed funding to further enhance its product. The funding will also be utilized to expand the reach of the platform in e-commerce stores and launch an augmented reality (AR) version of the product.

As its objective, Cooee aims to assist mobile apps in improving customer retention through personalized engagement. By providing data-driven one-to-one notifications, the platform allows businesses to increase revenue and reduce churn. Unlike traditional methods that group users into segments and deliver campaigns on a fixed schedule, Cooee utilizes advanced technologies such as AR, computer vision, and machine learning to create unique and real-time engagements for each customer.

One of the key features of the platform is its simplicity, enabling companies to integrate the service into their app within minutes. Furthermore, with each engagement delivered, Cooee continuously learns and improves automatically. Currently, the platform is available on mobile apps, desktops, Woocommerce, and Shopify. However, Cooee plans to extend its compatibility to include Canva, Wix, and other popular e-commerce channels.

With over 5 million apps available on app stores, many encounter difficulties in sustaining profitability due to the high costs of acquiring customers.

Thanks to the recently secured funding, Cooee is in a strong position to continue the development of its product, expand its presence in the e-commerce sector, and introduce an AR version of its platform. By leveraging the power of AI technology and personalized engagement, Cooee aims to help businesses drive revenue growth and enhance customer retention in the highly competitive app market.
