Coach Expands Presence in Manchester with New Store at Intu Trafford Centre

Coach has recently made a strategic move by opening a new location inside the Intu Trafford Centre in Manchester, marking its inaugural standalone store in the North West of England. This prime location places the high-end accessories brand right at the heart of one of the most prominent fashion hubs in Britain. The Trafford Centre itself has been actively broadening its brand offerings, adding luxury kidswear retailer Kids Cavern to its lineup. Kids Cavern brings a well-curated selection of designer brands such as Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, and Givenchy to the mix, further solidifying the centre’s reputation as a premier fashion destination.

The newly opened Coach store, meticulously designed by the brand’s in-house team, exudes modern luxury with its stylish interior concept, featuring leather furniture and bespoke fittings across its 657 sq ft space. Customers can now browse through an extensive collection of both men’s and women’s leather goods, enriching the fashion retail landscape in Manchester and offering shoppers a premium shopping experience.

Not to be outdone, Selfridges has recently completed a revitalization of its accessories hall within the Trafford Centre, showcasing new brands like Aspinal of London, The Restory, FROG, and Astrid and Miyu. Furthermore, the ongoing transformation of the Barton Square area within the centre, involving an investment of £75 million, is set to bring an additional 110,000 sq ft of retail space. The renovated space will feature a stunning new glass-domed roof and a completely revamped interior, scheduled to open its doors in the upcoming spring season.

These exciting developments underscore the dynamic evolution of the fashion scene in Manchester, solidifying its position as a key destination for both established and emerging brands. As Coach expands its footprint in the region, it is well-positioned to capitalize on the increasing momentum of the city’s retail sector and attract a growing clientele of fashion-forward individuals.
