The overall investment program is expected to be finished by November, just in time for the busy Christmas trading season. The next phase of the project will focus on reconfiguring units to create more space for retailers and improve general operations.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Caledonia Park experienced robust sales throughout 2020. The desirable tenant mix and excellent connectivity have resulted in year-on-year growth across various categories, including beauty and wellness, home and DIY, and fashion and accessories.
