Bottega Veneta Appoints Alejandra Rositto as CEO of the Americas

Bottega Veneta, the esteemed Italian luxury brand, has recently announced the appointment of Alejandra Rositto as the new CEO of the Americas. This strategic move is expected to bolster the brand’s leadership team and propel its growth in the region. With nearly twenty years of experience in the luxury fashion industry, Rositto brings a wealth of valuable expertise to her role at Bottega Veneta.

Prior to joining Bottega Veneta, Rositto held the position of vice president for U.S. retail and retail corporate functions in the Americas at Fendi, a brand under the LVMH group, since 2017. She also served as vice president of East Coast U.S. retail at Fendi. Additionally, Rositto garnered twelve years of experience at Louis Vuitton, where she began as the marketing and communications manager for Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, and ultimately rose to become the director of Louis Vuitton’s Maison Fifth Avenue in New York.

As the new CEO of the Americas, Rositto will be based in the New York City Metropolitan Area and will directly report to Bottega Veneta CEO Bartolomeo Rongone. She has also been appointed to the brand’s executive committee, where she will contribute to shaping the company’s strategic decisions and overall direction.

The appointment of Rositto comes at a time when Bottega Veneta recognizes the increasing significance of the U.S. market. Earlier this year, the brand solidified its commitment to expand its presence in the country by opening a pop-up store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Moreover, Detroit has been chosen as the location to unveil the Spring/Summer 2022 collection by the brand’s creative director, Daniel Lee, further demonstrating Bottega Veneta’s dedication to engaging with American audiences.

With her extensive industry experience and strategic vision, Rositto aims to further strengthen Bottega Veneta’s position in the Americas and leverage the region’s potential for growth. Her appointment underscores the brand’s dedication to nurturing top talent and driving innovation within the luxury fashion industry. As Bottega Veneta continues its global expansion, the addition of Alejandra Rositto as the CEO of the Americas ushers in an exciting new chapter for the brand.
