Bentley Motors Recruits 200 Talented Individuals for its Sustainable and Electric Future

In its pursuit of a sustainable and electric future, luxury carmaker Bentley Motors is making plans to recruit 200 talented individuals for its factory in Crewe, United Kingdom. The company aims to strengthen its teams following a 4% increase in sales in 2022, which resulted in over 15,000 deliveries. Bentley Motors is inspired by the success of LVMH’s You and Me tours and Kering’s local hiring program in China, and has launched a recruitment campaign with a focus on accelerating its green strategy, Beyond 100.

The job offers from Bentley Motors encompass various departments, with positions such as project engineering managers and buyers. Approximately 50% of the available roles require electrical skills, reflecting the brand’s commitment to electric vehicles. The new talents will be based at the brand’s headquarters in Crewe but will also have the option to work remotely, as the automaker recently implemented a remote work system.

Matthias Rabe, a member of the board of management for research and development at Bentley Motors, expressed the importance of this recruitment campaign. He stated, “Bentley Motors is in the midst of the most significant transformation phase in the company’s long and illustrious history. We are looking for true innovators who can create the new future of the automotive industry, support our product ambitions, and shape our Beyond 100 vision as we aim for leadership in sustainable luxury mobility.”

By hiring these new talents, Bentley Motors aims to achieve its sustainable ambitions, including its goal of becoming a zero-carbon company by 2030. The company has committed to launching a new electric model each year starting from 2025.
