Notably, David Collins has been hired as the Head of Retail and Commercial Services. With a decade of experience at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he served as Senior Operations Manager, Collins is well-equipped for his new role.
The first phase of Battersea Power Station’s development has already been completed, and tenants are expected to move into the Grade II listed converted Power Station this spring. Electric Boulevard, which will feature hundreds of new shops and a new High Street, is scheduled to open later this year. Furthermore, Apple is planning to occupy 500,000 sq ft of office space in the Power Station for its move to the UK.
