Outdoor brand Arc’teryx has recently opened its first European concept store in Covent Garden, London. This new store showcases the brand’s Arc’type collection, which includes 22 of Arc’teryx’s most iconic designs, such as the Alpha SV jacket. Offering technical high-performance apparel and equipment, Arc’teryx aims to expand its retail presence in Europe with this new venture.
The Covent Garden store is one of six Arc’teryx Arc’type stores worldwide, in addition to the brand store in London’s Piccadilly Circus. Sven Radtke, General Manager EMEA at Arc’teryx, explains that London was chosen as the ideal location for Europe’s first Arc’type store due to the city’s strong outdoor culture and pioneering design and fashion scene.
The store follows a smaller concept, carefully selecting essential and tried-and-tested Arc’teryx products. The aim of this curated shopping experience is to showcase the versatility of the brand’s products for various outdoor activities. Visitors to the store will gain insight into the essence of the Arc’teryx brand.
To celebrate the store opening, Arc’teryx has planned a series of events and activities this weekend. These include DJ and beatbox performances, giveaways, and more. The store itself covers an area of 137.5 square meters and is conveniently located at 49 Long Acre.
This new store in Covent Garden demonstrates Arc’teryx’s dedication to expanding its presence in Europe. With a strong focus on technical performance and innovative design, the brand continues to attract outdoor enthusiasts and fashion-conscious consumers alike. The Arc’type store offers a unique shopping experience, contributing to London’s thriving fashion and retail scene, and further solidifying Arc’teryx’s position as a leading brand in the outdoor industry.
