The association revealed that Martin Margiela, the iconic designer and the first recipient of this esteemed award in 1989, will now serve as part of the jury. The 2019 ANDAM competition will award prizes in four categories – the grand prize, creative label prize, fashion accessories prize, and innovation prize – with a total fund of €430,000 dedicated to supporting and nurturing emerging talents in the fashion industry. Winners will also benefit from mentorship programs offered by the sponsors, ensuring that they receive guidance and support as they navigate their careers in the dynamic world of fashion.
