Amazon Fashion Expands Luxury Stores to Europe

Amazon Fashion has expanded its Luxury Stores to Europe, making them available to customers in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. The move allows shoppers in these countries to access a wide range of ready-to-wear collections from both established and emerging luxury brands. Some of the brands available include Christopher Kane, Elie Saab, Dundas, Mira Mikati, Rianna+Nina, Boglioli, Jonathan Cohen, and Altuzarra. This expansion is part of Amazon’s ongoing transformation from a bookseller to a major player in the fashion industry.

Ruth Diaz, the Vice President of Amazon Fashion Europe, expressed her excitement about the launch and the increased options it brings to European customers. She mentioned that this is only the beginning and Amazon looks forward to continuously supporting brands and offering innovative tools and resources so they can showcase their latest collections and stories to customers across Europe.

To enhance the customer experience, Amazon offers fast and free shipping for luxury fashion products. The collections in the Luxury Stores are sold directly by the participating brands and designers, giving them complete control over their inventory, selection, and pricing decisions. At the same time, Amazon provides tools and technology for brands to create and personalize original content in their unique brand voices. This opens up new opportunities for designers to reach both existing and new luxury customers in Europe.

To celebrate the launch, Amazon has unveiled a campaign featuring Kristen McMenamy, Precious Lee, Leon Dame, and Dara. The campaign, shot by Angelo Pennetta and styled by Charlotte Collet, showcases Amazon’s vision of celebrating individuality, self-expression, and redefining luxury fashion for an epic summer.

Luxury Stores at Amazon was first introduced in the US in 2020 with Oscar de la Renta. Since then, it has expanded to include a diverse range of fashion and beauty brands. Amazon continually explores new ways to engage customers, such as the exclusive collaboration between Oscar de la Renta and Clé de Peau Beauté that was introduced last year.
