10 Corso Como: The Grand Relaunch

10 Corso Como, the renowned Milanese concept store, is gearing up for a grand relaunch under the ownership of Italian fashion entrepreneur Tiziana Fausti. Founded in 1991 by Carla Sozzani, the store is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a brand new look and exciting new projects. Fausti, with her impressive track record in the luxury sector, is determined to restore 10 Corso Como to its former glory as a high-end shopping hotspot with an avant-garde twist.

Fausti’s unwavering determination and vast resources have positioned her perfectly to breathe new life into the iconic concept store. Operating a successful business empire in Bergamo with an annual revenue of €80 million, Fausti’s ventures include a multibrand retailer, a Dior shop-in-shop, several multibrand stores, and even a bar/restaurant. She has invested over €10 million into 10 Corso Como, focusing on revamping the store itself, as well as the restaurant, art gallery, bookshop, and potentially expanding the existing three-room hotel.

The relaunch of 10 Corso Como involved a complete organizational overhaul, including restructuring the business and recruiting new staff. Fausti has assumed personal control of the operation and established a new company, 10CC Global shop srl, to oversee all aspects of the business. Additionally, she has successfully renegotiated the lease agreement, securing an 18-year term and acquiring additional space within the building.

In her quest to preserve the identity of 10 Corso Como while infusing it with a fresh perspective, Fausti has appointed Carla Sozzani as a consultant in charge of style and visual image. However, Fausti is already making her mark by enhancing the product assortment, improving the quality of offerings, and upgrading the services provided, all while subtly redesigning the interior. Taking a step towards greater public engagement, the store is introducing street-side shop windows for the first time in its history, aiming to create a stronger connection with the community and entice new customers to explore the store.

The relaunch of 10 Corso Como also sees the introduction of 10 Corso Como Home, a line of home decor products featuring the distinct black and white motifs created by Kris Ruhs. Additionally, the store has collaborated with top designers and brands to offer limited-edition projects, further emphasizing its dedication to avant-garde items, product rotation, and fostering a cultural experience.

Fausti envisions 10 Corso Como as a unique world that transcends traditional luxury stores, seamlessly blending fashion, fragrance, cuisine, design, and art. The relaunch has been met with positive results since its reopening in April, and Fausti’s determination and strategic plans have set 10 Corso Como on an exciting trajectory to reclaim its standing as a premier destination for luxury and avant-garde fashion.
